Connie Parham has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in November 2007 to work on the HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) account team. Connie has property management expertise in office, retail and apartment sectors. She received her CPM designation in 1984.
Connie oversees the management and leasing of the HCA owned facilities on the Centennial Hospital campus, HCA’s flagship campus. She negotiates leases, is a liaison between Hospital Administration and the Corporate Real Estate department as well as third party brokers. Responsibilities include preparing annual operating budgets and monthly reports for the owner, rent collection, maintaining strong relationships with tenants and contractors/vendors and supervising maintenance technicians.
