As a Director on Cushman & Wakefield’s GOS Project and Development Services team, Craig Berry is responsible for operational excellence, project platform support, best-practice sharing, resource acquisition, and new business development. His 35 years in corporate real estate and broad spectrum of experience within the development and program/projects environment enables him to provide innovative leadership, oversight, and expertise to the account teams he supports. He draws up his background in the development, planning, and implementation of multifaceted real estate to deliver guidance in operational excellence, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness throughout each client’s program/project environment.
Prior to his current position, Berry served as First Vice President and Director of Facilities for First Niagara Bank, where he oversaw a four-state, 3.5 million-square-foot real estate portfolio valued at more than $500 million. Through an aggressive and innovation portfolio strategy, he achieved an annual vacancy reduction of 35 percent and a gain on disposition sales of $3 million over a three-year period. Prior to that, he was with Bank of America, where he directed Project Managers and 30 outsourced regional Project Management teams in the Central and South regions. Berry also held corporate real estate positions with Cisco Systems, AECOM/McClier Corp., and Carlson Design Construct.
