Since becoming active in the real estate investment and brokerage industry in 1981, Craig Evans has completed single asset and portfolio transactions totaling more than $2 billion across the United States. Mr. Evans is a recognized authority on office property markets, is frequently quoted in business journals and has appeared on nationally televised business news programs. Specializing in property sales and leasing, Mr. Evans has a thorough understanding of infrastructure and current tenant occupancies, ensuring the needs of his tenants are met.

Mr. Evans’ previous roles include senior director at Cushman & Wakefield and President of CEREI Realty Advisors, where he purchased defaulted mortgage obligations and foreclosed properties. He began his career with Prudential Insurance Co. in its Washington, DC, office. Mr. Evans had asset management, acquisition and disposition responsibilities across the country for 12 years.
