Considered one of the market’s most accomplished brokers, Mr. Ruoff has over 26 years of professional real estate experience and is known for his ability to craft creative solutions for his clients.

Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Ruoff was the Associate Broker at Rakow Commercial Realty Group for 12 years. There he specialized in tenant and landlord representation throughout the tri-state area and nationally. Mr. Ruoff joined Rakow after 12 years as the Associate Broker at the Wagner Group and, prior to that, one year as a salesperson for William Pitt Commercial Real Estate in Stamford, CT.
A recognized professional in the real estate industry, Mr. Ruoff has received numerous awards and honors over his 26-year career, including being named “The Face Of Commercial Real Estate Tenant Representation” by 914 Inc.’s Faces of Westchester Business 2016, and receiving the distinction of being named one of Westchester County’s “40 Under 40 Rising Stars” by the Business Council of Westchester. He also serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Child Care Council of Westchester and is involved with the Irvington Diversity Foundation. Mr. Ruoff received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Union College in Schenectady, NY and lives in Irvington, NY with his wife, son and daughter.
