Curtis Buono began his real estate career in 2002 and has accrued an extensive knowledge of all property types through many successful years in the industry. Using his ability to quickly interpret changing markets and find solutions for even the most complex properties, Curtis has provided consulting and brokerage services on hundreds of agricultural and land-based properties throughout California and the United States.
During his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Buono has focused almost exclusively on unique land-based assets. He has worked on a wide array of properties, including permanent plantings and row crop operations, cattle ranches, vineyards and wineries, nurseries and greenhouses, water infrastructure projects, residential and commercial development properties, energy generation projects, and conservation and mitigation lands. He is the founder of the Agribusiness Solutions Team, a California-based integrated team of professionals who specialize in providing disposition, acquisition, valuation, and consulting services for an extensive range of agricultural properties throughout the American West.
Mr. Buono’s primary role is focused on new business development, marketing and business strategy, and conducting financial analysis for a wide spectrum of real estate opportunities. He proactively pursues marketing opportunities on a global basis. He serves as the Executive Chair for Agricultural Properties on Cushman & Wakefield’s National Land Advisory Group.
