Profile

Cyril Goudreau, Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield, is a Chartered Real Estate Broker, also having earned the designation of Agency Executive Officer (AEO).  He prides himself on being a multi-market professional, having championed numerous mandates in different commercial real estate disciplines through several years as a real estate broker and consultant. He currently focuses on the geographical West Island region of Montreal, and enjoys passionately promoting his West Island Service Enhancement (WISE) initiative, making it his business to know the West Island business. Through the professional resources available at Cushman & Wakefield’s West Island office, Cyril has the luxury of identifying and selecting the best qualified individuals to assist him with any mandate, regardless of its nature: office, retail, industrial or land; leasing, sales or consulting.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2013, Cyril was principal of his own brokerage and consulting entity, also working primarily with West Island clients. He gained his initial experience in the real estate field as a broker during a 10-year stint with a large multi-national, multi-service real estate service provider, similar in stature to Cushman & Wakefield, where he was involved in leasing, investment transactions and consulting.

Thanks to his engineering background in project and construction management, Cyril has been able to excel in various complex assignments within the real estate continuum, including development consulting and property portfolio rationalization; and through the years, his clientele has included all levels of government, including municipal, provincial and federal, both locally and internationally, as well as numerous well-known national and/or international commercial entities.

Prior to Cyril’s involvement in the real estate business, he was the Quebec Regional Director of a multi-disciplinary project management team (engineers, architects, technicians), whose mandate was to execute the Department of National Defense’s construction program and environmental remediation activities on its bases and territories. Cyril managed a work program ranging in value from $40 million to $100 million annually.

Cyril is proud to make the following service promise:

“I submit to you that any mandate awarded to me will be executed intelligently, systematically and professionally, such that the end result specifically meets your requirement, within the expected time-frame and otherwise to your fullest satisfactions”
