Daniel Moylan is a 32 year commercial real estate veteran. His experience as a real estate professional includes “hands-on” property management, asset management and brokerage experience. He has been a licensed commercial real estate broker for over 30 years. He has assisted both buyers and sellers in the underwriting of property acquisitions and dispositions. As the Senior Project Manager for a 1,000,000 square foot real estate portfolio, Dan was responsible for the day to day operations, leasing, tenant improvements, budgeting, construction and capital expenditure oversight. The portfolio of property included office, R&D, industrial and retail. He is intimately familiar with the operational aspects of commercial properties. He has been a Vice President with Cassidy Turley since November 2011, after spending the prior eleven years with a local commercial real estate brokerage and management company in Walnut Creek. His area of expertise is Contra Costa and Alameda County and he has also transacted business in Napa and Solano counties as well.
Dan has assisted landlords and tenants as well as buyers and sellers in the structuring of transactions that are beneficial to both parties. He has established relationships with his clients that give him great insight into the operational needs, goals and objectives of their businesses. In addition to investment property purchases and sales, Dan has also assisted business owners in their purchases of owner/user properties and land for development purposes.
