Dan Wengert is a Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services division. Over his 13 year career he has been a key member of one of the company’s largest Occupier Service platforms, based out of Los Angeles, CA. The platform provides exclusive strategic advisory, transaction management, lease administration, project management and brokerage services to multiple Fortune 500 Corporations occupying more than 150 million square feet of corporate real estate and facilities in more than 67 countries around the world.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Dan began his career with Trammell Crow Company’s Corporate Advisory Services group and became part of CBRE through the merger of the two companies in 2007.
Over his career, he has personally executed transactions totaling over 13 million square feet, globally, valued at an excess of $1 Billion.
Dan currently lives in South Florida with his wife and three children. He loves triathlons and he tries to compete in at least one Ironman race per year.
