Danielle Willett serves as Practice Administrator for Project and Development Services in Dallas. PDS provides comprehensive development and project services for owners and tenants. As Practice Administrator, Danielle carries out the operational aspects of the business for PDS team. She works closely with the Project Managers to keep track of projects throughout the project’s process. Danielle maintains the monthly forecast and facilitates invoicing to clients. Additionally, she works with the PDS Managing Director to develop and defend financial goals for the Dallas PDS Team.
Aside from Danielle’s financial role as Practice Administrator she also works as the in-house Furniture Specification and Procurement resource for the Dallas market. In this role she is able to guide clients through the furniture specification and procurement process. Her expertise in customer service ensures to the client their voice is supported throughout the process. Also, Danielle is able to work hand-in-hand with the Project Managers to create a cohesive environment for the client during the
entirety of the project.
Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Danielle received her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University in Business Administration majoring in Economics. After receiving her bachelor’s degree she then pursued her master’s degree of Education in Sports Management from the University of Arkansas.
