As a member of the Occupier Services Group and National Legal Sector Advisory Group at Cushman &Wakefield, David Downey brings over 30 years of real estate experience to clients. During his tenure at Cushman & Wakefield and its predecessor firms, Dave has negotiated transactions representing an aggregate value over $1.5 billion and more than seven million square feet.

As a member of the National Legal Sector Advisory Group, Dave focuses on real estate activity for this sector in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area. Dave also continues to provide a number of clients with real estate brokerage services all over the United States. Dave earned his MBA from Loyola University of Maryland and uses his analytic skills and years of experience to bring his clients the highest level of service.
