David Guion is an office leasing broker in the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. (C&W). Mr. Guion represents tenants in their office requirements, including new leases, renewals, build-to-suits, extensions, re-negotiations and related assignments. In 2011, Mr. Guion was recognized as a Top 10 Producer in the Houston office of C&W, the youngest in the group by 10 years.
Mr. Guion has more than ten years experience in sales, finance, and law. Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Guion practiced law in Houston concentrating on civil and commercial litigation. He also was President of D&G Investment Group, Inc. an investment firm located in Dallas in which he was the co-founder.
