David Meline is an Executive Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group. With his partner Stewart Calhoun, Mr. Meline leads a seven-person, Atlanta-based team that specializes in the in the disposition of office and industrial investment properties throughout the Southeastern United States.
Mr. Meline has 27 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, development, and consulting. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1991 as one of the three candidates selected nationally for Cushman & Wakefield’s MBA Associate Program. He has represented such clients as AEW, Apollo, Blackstone, Cousins, DRA, Duke, Equity Office Properties, First Industrial, GE, Highwoods, Invesco, JP Morgan, MetLife, Morgan Stanley, Parkway, ProLogis, Panattoni, Prudential, RREEF, TIAA-CREF, and USAA. Since joining the Capital Markets Group in 1993, Mr. Meline has completed over $10 billion in transactions totaling nearly 100 million square feet of commercial investment property throughout the Southeast.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Meline was an Assistant Project Manager for Lowe Development Corporation in Los Angeles from 1990 to 1991 and a Real Estate Specialist for Coopers & Lybrand in Boston from 1986 through 1989.

Earned CPA designation and National CPA Achievement Award in 1988 and MBA degree in Real Estate from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA in 1991. Graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1986.
