David J. Orozco specializes in commercial real estate investment sales and residential land development sales. He focuses on assisting his clients preserve capital and accumulate wealth. He is responsible for marketing, negotiating and structuring the sale of income and development properties. David has been in the commercial investment real estate business since 1985 and has experience in investment/mortgage brokerage, commercial real estate acquisitions, multi-family real estate development, syndications, and commercial appraisals. He has completed over two billion dollars in sale and financing transactions. His broad-based experience in the real estate industry has benefited his clients over the years.
