Dennis Richardson has been a commercial real estate professional since 1979, joining Cushman Realty Corporation in 1987, which merged with Cushman & Wakefield in 2001. He is a Senior Director and a principal of privately held Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.
Mr. Richardson specializes in tenant/user representation. During the first 7 years of his career he represented both Landlord and Tenants. However, for the past 27 year he has only represented tenants, throughout much of California and across the country. Mr. Richardson has successfully negotiated major leases for corporate tenants including retructuring leases, relocations, purchases, sales and build-to-suit developments.
He has completed approximately 200 insurance company assignments, including leasing, sales, build-to-suits, subleases, buy-outs, and on consulting endeavors locally and throughout the United States. Mr. Richardson has also represented many other companies whose industries include law, technology, medical, manufacturing, entertainment and financial services. Mr. Richardson is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University with a B.S. degree in Marketing. He later attended the University of Southern California (USC) in the Marshall School of Business. Mr. Richardson has served as a Director for the Echo Foundation, an organization benefiting children with hearing challenges and was Chairperson of various committees for Harvard-Westlake’s Middle School and High School serving as Executive Vice President on Harvard-Westlake’s Parent Board. He is a member of the Jonathan Club and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California
