Don Leshnock specializes in Brokerage, Corporate Services and Local Site Selection for office, industrial and retail clients. Over the past three years, he has completed over 360 lease transactions for SiteOne, Kelly Services, 7-Eleven, H&R Block and Cricket, and is currently overseeing more than 150 lease transaction projects for SiteOne and Kelly Services. In 2016, as the primary Transaction Manager on the 7 Eleven account, Mr. Leshnock helped the team achieve $5.0 million in life-of-lease savings and an additional $1.9 million in mitigated savings for the client.
Mr. Leshnock is also the regional broker in Raleigh-Durham for First-Citizens Bank. Since August 2013, he has assisted First-Citizens Bank in implementing their regional growth strategy for office space, bank branches and ATM Drive-Thru expansion, as well as facilitating the disposition of former bank branches. He puts his valuable knowledge to use in developing strategic solutions for Cushman & Wakefield’s retail clients. Don focuses his attention on working with clients to gather requirements, develop solutions and deploy the most effective resources and solutions to ensure consistent execution and performance. Mr. Leshnock graduated from the University of North Carolina with a full athletic scholarship in varsity baseball and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of North Carolina.
