Doug Chapman joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018 as an Associate for the Northern California Valuation & Advisory team based in our Sacramento office.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Chapman spent three years as an Apprentice Appraiser with the United States Department of Agriculture’s Forest Service in Lakewood, Colorado where he covered a five state region including Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Kansas. 

Mr. Chapman has a diverse range of appraisal and consulting experience with emphasis on agricultural properties. Mr. Chapman’s appraisal and consulting experience includes: row and field crop land, ranches, feed processing facilities, vacant and transitional land, recreational properties, conservation land, various types of easements, and ground leases. He also has considerable experience in preparing Yellow Book compliant appraisals. Doug is available for Agricultural valuation assignments throughout Northern and Central California. 

Doug graduated from The College of Wooster, in Wooster, Ohio, and is a Certified General Appraiser in California and Colorado. He is currently working toward his MAI and ARA designations.
