Dragana Anicic is director with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., Valuation & Advisory group located in New York.
Ms. Anicic was previously with C&W from June 2006 to February 2010 and rejoined the firm in September of 2012. Prior to her return, she was a Senior Valuation Specialist with Colliers International Valuation & Advisory, appraising a variety of commercial real estate assets primarily located in New York and Connecticut. In her current capacity, she appraises commercial real estate assets, such as self-storage, retail, office, industrial, mixed-use properties, etc.
Dragana Anicic started her real estate career in July 2006 working as a Business Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, developing templates for appraisal of real estate assets. In 2006, Ms. Anicic also received her M.B.A. degree from New York University, Stern School of Business, with a specialization in Finance. Ms. Anicic has been appraising commercial real estate assets since 2008. Before starting her real estate career, she worked at Information Builders as a software developer/systems analyst.
Ms. Anicic leverages her educational background and analytical skills to her role as an appraiser and advisor to clients who require insight, integrity, accuracy and a high level of professional service. Ms. Anicic has experience with a variety of property types including shopping centers, office buildings, industrial properties, self-storage properties, commercial properties, apartment complexes, mixed-use projects, vacant land, and development sites. Assignments have been prepared for lenders, accountants, attorneys, corporations, buyers and sellers.
