Drew Channell, BBA, is a Senior Valuation Consultant with the Montreal operation of Cushman & Wakefield. Drew specializes in the valuation of industrial properties and advisory assignments. Drew joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1978 and has over 30 years experience in the valuation field. Previously, Drew was active as a real estate sales agent in the Eastern Townships region of Quebec. Mr. Channell's projects include the valuation of numerous industrial properties for multi- national corporations, investors, institutions, banks, etc., for various purposes inclusive of sale, purchase, corporate decision-making, negotiation, financing etc.
Mr. Channell specializes within the field of industrial real estate, however; assignments for other types of commercial real estate have also been undertaken for various clients. Examples of major corporate clients for whom assignments have been undertaken include: Bombardier, Noranda, Asea Brown Boveri, Johnson & Johnson, Clearwater Fine Foods and several larger-size asset-based lenders such as Congress Financial, Heller Financial, Bank of New York, Nation's Bank, Citibank, and Fleet Bank, in addition to all of the major Canadian-based lenders.
