Earl Segal focuses on and provides strategic and cost effective solutions for the real estate needs of occupiers of real estate including law firms, trade associations, not-for-profits and other significant users of commercial real estate. For the benefit of his clients, Earl offers his approximately 40 years of experience in the analysis and execution of complex real estate leasing, purchase, sale, sale leasebacks and financing transactions including conventional financing as well as tax exempt bond financing.
