Edward Grammens joined C&W in 2006. In his present position, Mr. Grammens specializes in tenant representation and corporate advisory work and was in the top 100 brokers for all of Cushman & Wakefield in 2009 and 2011. Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Grammens was associated with Trammell Crow and prior to that CB Richard Ellis where he was the #1 ranking professional in San Francisco in 2001. Before his tenure with CBRE, Mr. Grammens spent 13 years with the San Francisco office of Julien J. Studley, Inc. consistently ranking as a top performer both regionally and nationally.
As senior project manager and analyst, Mr. Grammens has participated in transactions globally, applying his technical expertise to innovative alternatives to conventional leasing such as joint ventures, development, and cash flow participation. Mr. Grammens’ experience also includes providing strategic portfolio planning, optimization and advisory services, including serving as a global advisor to multinational corporations. His aggregate transaction volume exceeds 10 million square feet and over $1 Billion in consideration.
Each year, Mr. Grammens sets aside time to assist a number of not-for-profit organizations in reducing their occupancy costs.
