Edward "Teddy" Seber is an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield's Midtown Manhattan Office, where he focuses exclusively on tenant representation for office users in Manhattan.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2017, Teddy held positions at Impact Equities and OPTIMAR International/Benher Capital Partners where he focused on commercial and residential investment and brokerage in NYC, including representing both tenants and landlords in real estate transactions and maintaining relationships with brokers, investors, and owners of NYC investment properties.
Teddy is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leaders Group (CWFL), which is a network of rising professionals within C&W that through continuing education, collaboration, and community service, will grow individually and collectively. Teddy is a native New Yorker and is a graduate of Hobart College with a degree in Economics. He holds dual US and Austrian citizenship and is also a licensed US Sailing Instructor.
