Emily Hoffman joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 and currently serves as a Director in the Tenant Advisory Group. In this role, she focuses on Corporate Services with an emphasis on Office Tenant Representation. By developing a deep understanding of her clients’ overall business concerns, Emily creates real estate solutions that meet each company’s financial and operational objectives as well as other specific needs. Using her in-depth market knowledge, she manages lease renewals, relocations, expansions and consolidations of office space.
Emily began her career in Los Angeles, working for the Director’s Guild of America. After moving back to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, she led Business Development at BOKA Powell Architects for all four of their offices. She was responsible for identifying, tracking, developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients. As a result, BOKA Powell was awarded some of the largest projects in the history of the company. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Emily was an Associate President at TIG Real Estate Services where she specialized in representing office tenants for site selection and lease or purchase negotiations.
