Eric Fox (CalDRE Lic. #01209035) joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly CPS) in 1995 and served as Senior Vice President/Principal until becoming Partner in 2010. Eric is now an Executive Managing Director, focusing on Income Property Sales for R&D, Office and Warehouse, Brokerage Services for Tenants and Landlords, Corporate Merger and Acquisition Advisory (Real Estate), and Tax Appeal Advisory.

Eric brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate knowledge and experience. Prior to joining the firm, Eric worked as in Intern from 1994-1995 at Lehman Brothers International.
