Tom is a Senior Director in the South Bay Cushman & Wakefield office. Over the past fifteen years, Tom has been involved in over 800 transactions, totaling more than 7,500,000 square feet of leased deals and more than $600 Million in gross sales consideration. Tom began his commercial real estate career with Trammell Crow Company immediately after graduating from Claremont McKenna College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science. After 8 years at Trammell Crow Company, Tom joined the Los Angeles South office of Cushman & Wakefield.
Tom focuses on the representation of landlords and tenants in and around the Greater Los Angeles basin, but more specifically the South Bay and Mid-Counties office markets. He has worked on several multi-market corporate accounts nationally.
While attending Claremont McKenna College, Tom was a four year member of the Claremont Men’s Rugby Club, which repeated national championships 3 years in a row and played on the football team. He is currently involved with the Claremont McKenna Alumni Association and the Claremont McKenna Mentor program. Tom is also an active member of the City of Commerce Industrial Council, involved in the Paralysis Project of Los Angeles, a member of CoreNet, a member of the Urban Land Institute, a member of the Los Angeles County Real Estate Association, involved with the American Cancer Society, on the Men’s Guild for the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, and involved with the Whittier Area for the Developmentally Handicapped. He was also recognized with the Chairman of Excellence award his first year at Cushman & Wakefield, and received the President’s circle consecutive years in 2010, 2011, and 2012.
