As a Senior Vice President in Vancouver’s Industrial division, Rick specializes in industrial sales and leasing with a focus north of the Fraser River between Burnaby and Maple Ridge. After joining Royal LePage Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield) in 1990, he became part of a core group of eight associates who opened a Fraser Valley office and established the company as a key player in Vancouver’s suburban markets. That office eventually merged with the Downtown Vancouver office in 1999.
Rick draws on a wide range of industrial experience, including the sale and development of raw land, investment sales, design-build projects, strata title development and sales, owner-user sales, and leasing. His client list has included Pinnacle International, The Beedie Group, City of Port Moody, Conwest Developments, Adriatic Construction, Holly Enterprises, Chambers Electric, SCI Canada, George Third & Sons, Empire Dynamic Structures, Inspiration Furniture, Northern Gold Foods, Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 170, Ossur Canada, Carpenter Canada, ADP Canada and Dominion Pipe/Varsteel. Consistent service and repeat business is a hallmark of Rick’s success.
After 25 years of experience, Rick has won numerous company awards recognizing his sales success, including the Presidents Round Table (20 times) and the Award of Excellence for consistent sales achievement. Rick is consistently ranked in the National Top-30 and is a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Canadian “Hall of Fame”. Most recently, Rick was the top performing industrial agent in the Vancouver Office in 2014.
Rick has Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Urban Land from the University of British Columbia (1989).
