Gil Gordon is Senior Vice President, Industrial and member of the Global Supply Chain Solutions Group of Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. Gil is a member of the Toronto West office and specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties both locally and nationally. In addition to sales and leasing, Gil has assisted many clients in site selection and design build construction.

Gil has earned a reputation for being a premier listing specialist in the Southern Ontario market, particularly when it comes to major assets being marketed for sale or lease. In the last seven years, he has leased or sold in excess of 15 million square feet of industrial space. Recent major projects include Mondelez Canada's lease renewal in Brampton (630,000 sf) and being part of a team in the construction of Unilever’s new distribution centre in Brampton (744,000 sf).

During his 28 year career with Cushman & Wakefield, Gil has received numerous awards for service excellence including three times placing in the National Top 10 and is a consistent member of the Toronto Industrial Top Ten.
