Managing Director


Gino Lollio serves as Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing a team that is recognized as a national leader in healthcare capital markets.  With a core competency of investment sales, the team has significant experience consulting owners of medical office buildings (MOB), ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), and a multitude of outpatient healthcare facilities occupied by a range of specialties.  On behalf of their clients, Mr. Lollio and the team’s co-leader Scott Niedergang, have directly advised on the disposition of over 100 healthcare assets in 20 states with a market value exceeding $837 million.

Gino has been featured in a multitude of industry publications including The Wall Street Journal, Globe St., REJournals, Midwest Real Estate News, American Medical News,, National Real Estate Investor, and Crain’s Chicago Business. He is on Real Estate Forum’s list of “Emerging Healthcare Leaders” and was named to Crain’s 2017 list of “Most Influential Commercial Real Estate Brokers in Chicago.”
