Glenn Verrette has been in the real estate business for over 27 years. He focuses on the Boston office’s Project Leasing Group which represents owners of office buildings, while also advising several tenants in the market. Glenn currently represents and advises several institutional owners in the leasing and marketing of their properties in Boston’s Financial District, Seaport and Back Bay markets. Recently, Glenn secured over 800,000 SF of new leasing at 53 State Street while representing UBS Realty Investors in its re-positioning of the 1.2 MSF office tower.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2017, Glenn led Equity Office’s Boston office. He was directly responsible for marketing, leasing, and overall revenue for Equity Office Property’s 13 million square foot Boston portfolio. During this time, Glenn and EOP’s leasing team averaged over 225 lease transactions annually, for an aggregate lease value of over $3.5 billion. Major assignments and transactions included the highly acclaimed redevelopment and re-leasing of the then empty 570,000 SF 40-story, 28 State Street building; plus the re-positioning, marketing and leasing of the 1 MSF 100 Summer Street, along with other high profile properties including 60 State Street, One Post Office Square, 225 Franklin Street and Rowes Wharf.

Glenn has closed many of downtown Boston’s notable transactions including Putnam Investments (300,000 SF), Verizon (200,000 SF), Nixon Peabody (175,000 SF), Cambridge Associates (140,000 SF), GMO (120,000 SF), Acquia (75,000 SF) and Boston Globe Media Parters (75,000 SF).
