Gordon Hough joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) in 2014. Gordon is responsible for transaction advisory and tenant representation with a specialization in developing and executing strategic real estate plans of occupiers of commercial office space in New York City. Gordon possesses a thorough knowledge of proprietary building information and market trends which enables his clients to make informed real estate decisions. Working in partnership with project management, strategic consulting and marketing teams, Gordon applies a process-centric approach that leverages the firm’s collective experience in executing the leasing plan of end users.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Gordon served as a project consultant of brokerage services at CBRE in Chicago. In this role, he canvassed the downtown Chicago office market to identify potential tenants and targeted high-growth companies to relocate in the Chicago CBD.
