Graham Savage is responsible for the execution of Investment Sales and Capital Markets transactions on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield’s growing client base in the Mid-Atlantic region. Over the course of Graham’s time with the firm, the Investment Sales team executed $413 million in industrial sales and $687 million in office sales, more than $1.1 billion worth of deal flow on a combined basis.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Graham worked extensively in a financial and capital markets-focused capacity at Legg Mason Capital Management, where he covered Business Services, Industrial and Transportation stocks. At LMCM, the flagship Legg Mason Value Trust mutual fund outperformed its benchmark for 15 calendar years in a row.
Subsequent to his experience at LMCM, Graham earned his MBA at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where his coursework focused on financial analysis and real estate.
