ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Grayson Wallace has fourteen years of experience in commercial real estate. As a commercial real estate broker, he represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of office space, with a focus on representing tenants with their new lease, renewal, expansion, and sublease requirements. He focuses on his clients’ financial, logistical, and strategic objectives so he can advise them in their real estate decisions through detailed financial analysis coupled with real world application.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Wallace worked for Henson Ford Investments, a well-respected multifamily developer in the Greater Houston area. His primary focus was on debt restructuring, financial analysis, underwriting, portfolio valuation, and asset management.
