Greg Miller is a Senior Associate on Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Capital Markets Team. With over nine years of industry experience, Greg specializes in providing strategic advisory services to investors and property owners involved in the acquisition and disposition of income producing office, industrial and mixed-use properties. Over the course of his career, Greg has been involved in the marketing and sale of multiple transactions comprising over $800 million of investment real estate. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Greg was on the Capital Markets with CBRE in Pittsburgh. While with CBRE Pittsburgh, he was involved in transactions across all property types, with a primary focus on institutional office, industrial and retail properties. Prior to his brokerage role, as a financial analyst, Greg spearheaded the analysis, underwriting, packaging and marketing of private capital and institutional investments.
Before his tenure in brokerage Greg was director of sales across South Florida with the CoStar Group. In addition to sales and training clients on CoStar’s real estate information services his primary role was overseeing the market coverage and managing the institutional and private client base.
