Greg Culver



Greg is an expert in lease negotiation and financial analysis. Focusing on serving occupier clients in
Washington D.C. and all of the metro area, Greg draws on a rich real estate history in order to maximize
value for his clients. Greg is adept at driving down occupancy costs and improving office efficiency. A
third generation Washingtonian, Greg is very active in the community and shares his local relationships
to the benefit of his clients.
Greg joined Cushman & Wakefield from MIH International, where he focused on new business
development, strategic planning, and client relationship management. Previously, Greg worked for the
region’s largest home builder, Ryan Homes, where he filled a variety of sales and management roles in
his more than 10 years with the company.
