Utilizing his background in real estate finance and his skills in the areas of communications and analysis, Greg Pickett represents the interests of corporate clients and their real estate needs. Greg specializes in representing tenants in the leasing and disposition of property on the Peninsula and Silicon Valley.
Greg has represented a wide range of companies from the venture capital funded start-ups to the large public corporations. Greg joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ/Cassidy Turley) after starting his career at Colliers International. After his first full year with the firm, he received the Cassidy Turley BT Commercial "Rookie of the Year" award for Northern California. Greg received the "Rising Star Award" the following 3 years and is the fastest the reach "Vice President" and “Senior Vice President” status. In 2014, Greg was one of the youngest winners of Silicon Valley Business Journals Top 40 under 40 and was one of two of the winners to be featured in an individual article. Averaging over 50 tenant representation deals a year, Greg has a unique and thorough view of the market which allows his clients to achieve better terms and find spaces before they are advertised. In every transaction Greg has been involved, his market knowledge, creativity, and scope of services have saved his clients countless dollars with little to no cost. Greg believes in the value of developing long-term relationships and therefore he strives to conduct business with the highest standards of honest and professional ethics.
Greg enjoys basketball, soccer, skiing, triathlons, and tennis. He was born and raised in Los Altos and currently resides in Menlo Park with his wife, three sons and daughter.
