Harold Chapman is a Senior Project Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Project & Development Services Group. Mr. Chapman has over 30 years of experience in the development and delivery of capital projects. He is responsible for the management of the project process from inception through final completion, including program development, delivery strategies, design, and construction. Mr. Chapman’s duties include assisting the client in evaluating needs; establishing goals and metrics; developing plans, budgets and schedules; assembling a project team; selection and negotiation of design and construction service contracts; and the coordination and control of the project team. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Chapman held Development Management, Project Management, and Engineering positions with Jacobs/CRSS, Sverdrup, SAIC, OMNI Construction, and Bechtel Corporation on domestic and international projects.

Mr. Chapman graduated from the University of Virginia in 1978 with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. He received his Masters of Science degree in 1981 in Construction Engineering & Management from Stanford University.
