Harvey J. Gilbert, CRE, MAI, has over thirty-five years of real estate experience in appraisal and valuation consulting, master planned community development, brokerage and leasing. He currently serves as Managing Partner and Broker-in-Charge of Gilbert & Ezelle.

He has held regional management positions in a national real estate firm, the real estate consulting practice of a big-six accounting firm, and the land development subsidiary of a Fortune 100 forest products company. Over the last ten years, Harvey has managed the development and sale of planned unit developments with over 350 million dollars in sales volume in Coastal Georgia and South Carolina. He currently focuses on commercial brokerage and leasing, land brokerage and development and providing a broad range of counseling services to a diverse array of clients. Harvey earned a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds the CRE designation as a Member of The Counselors of Real Estate and an MAI designation as a Member of the Appraisal Institute. Harvey is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified General Appraiser in Georgia and South Carolina. President Elect of the Savannah/Hilton Head Realtors Commercial Alliance and Immediate Past President of the Savannah Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Harvey is extremely involved in the community service arena.
