Heather Gulesserian is a Senior Account Manager for Cushman & Wakefield’s Transaction Management practice. She works with her clients to optimize their portfolios by aligning their real estate strategies with their business objectives. Ms. Gulesserian is currently serving as Account Manager for the Amec Foster Wheeler account in North America, managing transactions and other strategic initiatives. Her day-to-day responsibilities include sale and lease negotiations, financial analysis, and client reporting.
Ms. Gulesserian has a proven track record of driving savings and creating operating efficiencies from lease and sale acquisitions, dispositions, buy-outs, expansions, downsizes, and renewals. Her ability to successfully coordinate the efforts and goals of legal, environmental, project management, and property management professionals to achieve short- and long-term corporate objectives makes her a favorite amongst her clients.
Ms. Gulesserian has managed portfolios for Willis Insurance, Revlon (globally), General Electric, Lucent Technologies, Georgia-Pacific, Unisource, American Tire, Ernst & Young, Reed Elsevier and Abbott Labs since joining Cushman & Wakefield 11 years ago.
