As a General Manager in Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services group, Jack Gardner oversees Lincoln Centre, an iconic, 1.6 million-square-foot property in Dallas. He has extensive expertise the operations and management of commercial real estate, and brings a strong sense of customer service to serve clients, tenants, and

Gardner has more than 30 years of industry experience. He previously worked for Crescent Real Estate Equities, and served as the Property manager for The Crescent, a Class A, 1.3 million-square-foot mixed use property, before transitioning into a Director of Property Management Role. In that capacity, he supervised 8 million square feet of urban high-rise and suburban office properties. He went on to join Hillwood and served as Director of Property Management over the company’s Victory Park development, a role that involved overseeing office and retail space, as well as American Airlines Center security, parking, and events.

Gardner’s background also includes managing a 1.1 million-square-foot, 14-property, multi-owner portfolio for JPI Partners, and the management of mid-rise buildings for Hines Industrial, Murray Management, and Aetna Property Services. Additionally, he managed Medical City Dallas, which included managing 140 doctor offices in more than 700,000 square feet of medical office space, and coordinating parking, security, construction, and various other operational issues with the facility staff of the 592-bed property.
