As Project Management Director, Jim oversees all project and relocation activities including programming, design, contractor/consultant selection and project execution.
Jim joined Cushman and Wakefield in 2014 bringing with him over 10 years of project management and construction experience. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Jim was a Senior Project Manager/Estimator with Chapman Construction/Design working primarily with corporate tenants and building owners on tenant fit-out and capital improvement projects. Jim also served as the Head of Procurement overseeing subcontractor bidding and purchasing across Chapman’s entire project portfolio. With an excellent track record of customer satisfaction, Jim is often a trusted resource early in the project life-cycle. Typical assignments include conceptual budgeting, master planning/scheduling and project implementation. Throughout his career, Jim has completed many complicated projects including fast track build-outs, multi-phased tenant and base building improvements.
