He has been a long term advisor to numerous corporate clients and has been instrumental with creating strategies for the acquisition and disposition of numerous corporate properties nationally (including LG Electronics, TATA (TCS), International Paper and Panasonic). His scope of International activity has also grown dramatically in Latin America; including: Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico & throughout Europe. Mr. Frank has a unique set of skills required in representing clients around the globe and is an expert at creating & managing teams in the field. Founding member of the Cushman & Wakefield Tenant Advisory Group (TAG).
In March 2005, James L. Frank joined Cushman & Wakefield as an Executive Director in the New Jersey HQ’s with a focus on the New York Metro area. In 2016, he was promoted to Executive Managing Director. A 30-year commercial real estate veteran, Jimmy was previously with CBRE and its predecessor the Edward S. Gordon Company (ESG) as a Vice President.
