Jim Frederick has been active in the New York City metropolitan area as a commercial leasing broker and consultant for the past 32 years. Jim joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) in 1985. During his career, his efforts have focused on representation of tenants in significant renewal and relocation assignments, as well as acting as owner’s agent for many prime properties.
In 1998, Mr. Frederick was recognized for completing the largest office property, multi-city transaction of the year in representing USN Communications, Inc. during its 107,000-square-foot lease at 498 Seventh Avenue along with five other leases. He represented Fish & Neave, one of the nation’s most prominent intellectual property law firms, in its relocation and subsequent expansion to over 130,000 square feet at 1251 Avenue of the Americas. Earlier this year, Jim represented Anheuser-Busch in its new lease of 84,000 square feet in New York.
