James Giattino joined Pat Murphy at Cushman & Wakefield in July of 2017. Prior to joining this Midtown Manhattan based team, Mr. Giattino completed his undergraduate studies at Hamilton College with a major in Public Policy and minor in Economics. In his new role, Mr. Giattino focuses on both landlord and tenant representation. James’s passion and awareness of his client’s specific needs, academic strength in analytics and the arts, along with deep market knowledge of Manhattan, sets him apart from other brokers. A former varsity football player at Hamilton College, James’s competitiveness and adaptability allow him to work quickly and creatively on his feet, adjusting to ever-changing situations and challenges to deliver superior results to clients.
With a background in Public Policy and Economics, Mr. Giattino brings a unique perspective to office brokerage. Prior to working at Cushman & Wakefield, he worked in numerous client facing roles in both the legal and financial spheres where he learned that dedication and adaptability consistently deliver the best results for all parties.
