Mr. Lawrence has 22 years of experience in landlord and tenant representation in commercial sales and leasing. He specializes in flex and industrial sales and leasing in the Northern Virginia area. Mr. Lawrence began his real estate career in 1987 stressing personal service and integrity. Mr. Lawrence's major brokerage experience includes the leasing of ProLogis Park Gateway, Beaumeade Technology Center, Chantilly Parc, Gateway 95, Virginia 95, Dulles Corporate Center, Chantilly Plaza, Farrington Business Park and Fullerton Square. Mr. Lawrence represents both landlords and Tenants with flex or industrial real estate needs in Northern Virginia.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., Mr. Lawrence was an Executive Director at GVA Advantis, specializing in flex/industrial leasing in Northern Virginia, leasing over 500,000 square feet annually. Additionally, Mr. Lawrence sold 40 flex/industrial properties with a total sales volume of over $70,000,000.
Previously, he was with Weaver Brothers, Inc. in Chantilly, Virginia, representing landlords and tenants in flex/industrial transactions throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.
Mr. Lawrence graduated from the University of Maryland’s, College of Journalism with a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism. He has also completed graduate level studies which include Investment Analysis and Appraisal Methods of Valuations from American University. Mr. Lawrence is a licensed real estate professional in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is also active in the community and is a parish representative of Samaritan Ministry, and a participant in the Episcopal outreach Loaves and Fishes.
