Jim joined Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate immediately following his graduation from Boston College. Since joining C&W, Mr. McCaffrey has specialized in landlord and tenant advocacy with the Mosler Team, alongside Ethan Silverstein and Mark Mandell. In just under four years in this role, his transaction volume has exceeded over six hundred thousand square feet of gross leasing, primarily representing Landlords.
