James joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012, and has been active representing tenant clients in the downtown and suburban markets for the past 5 years. With a focus on client interests, James has addressed relocation requirements, lease renewals, consolidations, expansions and disposition assignments for numerous local, national, and international tenants in the Calgary market.
