Profile

Jim specializes in major investment sale transactions of office, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties.  Jim’s focus on capital placements throughout the U.S., with emphasis on the Midwest where his expertise lies.  Jim is a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets team and is also a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Distressed Assets Services Group.

Jim is partners with Tom Powers, an industrial and office investment sale specialist, Mike Sullivan who focuses on regional private market investment sales, and Hank Davis, a regional retail specialist, along with six other members of their team.  Jim joined the company in 2002 as a principal after nineteen years with CB Richard Ellis and their Institutional Investment Properties Group.
