James Stein advises corporations, law firms, not-for-profits and start-ups in commercial real estate transactions including lease restructures, office relocations, and space efficiency analyses. A former practicing commercial real estate attorney, James assists space users with work place strategy initiatives and to identify proactive cost reduction strategies with real estate portfolios.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, James spent 6 years at Studley, Inc. and two years with Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP as a commercial real estate attorney. His legal background has enabled him to apply the nuances of real estate law to form sound real estate strategies as well as to interact successfully with landlords, building owners and other stakeholders.
