Mr. Goresht has been involved in the property tax and assessment industry across Canada since 1991. He started her career as a property manager and mortgage lender within a family business, where he managed a portfolio of multi-residential properties.
In 2009, Jan joined Cushman and Wakefield Property Tax Services where he advises national and local clients on real estate issues, primarily assessment and property tax issues, seeking concrete results benefiting the property, the resolution often being a tribunal decision. Jan has experience in market value and costing based assessment systems quantifying and demonstrating losses in value and assessment inequities.
Jan is a member of the Canadian Property Tax Association, the Calgary Residential Rental Association, BOMA, and the International Property Tax Association.
