Jared Kelso joined C&W Global Hospitality’s predecessor company, Sonnenblick Goldman, in 2006. His responsibilities include the origination and marketing of sale and financing transactions.
Since joining C&W, Jared has completed approximately $6.5 billion in lodging transactions. His extensive deal include equity recapitalizations, dispositions, and acquisition, construction, and renovation financing for both single asset and portfolio transactions.
Recently, Jared has been involved in numerous portfolio financings, including a $400+ million equity and debt recapitalization of the Crowne Plaza Times Square, a $194 million Courtyard by Marriott Portfolio, the $170 million Times Sq Portfolio, the $47 million Westline Hotel Portfolio, a $212 million portfolio refinancing on behalf of FelCor Lodging Trust, and the 2007 recapitalization of the Denihan Hospitality Group. Additionally, Jared has been involved in the sales of the Courtyard Upper East Side, Courtyard Waikiki, Hilton Rye Town, and the Marriott LaGuardia, and countless acquisition, renovation, and construction financings.
Prior to joining C&W, Jared worked as a consultant for Pinnacle Advisory Group and has also held management positions with Marriott International.
Jared received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
