Jason Goldman

Executive Managing Director


Jason S. Goldman joined the firm in 1994 and has risen quickly to become an Executive Managing Director with the New Jersey practice and is part of a five-person team overseeing the institutional agency practice in the region.  Jason has served as a Board Member for the National Industrial Division since 2006.

Specialties: Agency and Tenant representation, site selection, sales leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and build-to-suits of industrial properties and portfolios.

Experience:  Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Jason worked for The Trust Company of New Jersey.  He has extensive experience on both the ownership and brokerage side of the business representing many major public, private and institutional owners as well as public and private occupiers locally and throughout the United States.

Education:  Bachelor’s of Arts from The Ohio State University

  • Represented Drive Medical in multiple National transactions over 700,000 square feet
  • Represented RREEF for the lease extension of 935,000 square feet  to Volkswagen
  • Represented BlackRock for the lease of 583,000 square feet with G-3 Enterprise
  • Represented TA Realty for the lease of 300,000 square feet to Wenner Bread
  • Represented Menlo Logistics for the lease of 333,000 square feet with James Campbell 
  • Represented Genco for the lease of 218,000 square feet with Indcor
  • Represented Weyerhaeuser in the build-to-suit of 100,000 square feet on 30 acres
  • Represented CenterPoint in the purchase of 300,000 square feet from TA Realty
